flight from Bicol International airport to NAIA 4

Bicol International Airport has no international flight yet because the runway is too short , they have to buy the neighboring lots to make an expansion
Im thinking of food security, look at that massive land fit for agriculture , if only this can be developed into farms
the sound of an airplane and the beautiful sunrise is therapeutic.
