I’m literally asking “who is my neighbour” , the house owner beside our house. We have not seen him since he bought the property several years ago. My family lived here for almost a decade, when my children were just in elementary school. Then we relocated to other city due to my work assignment. Last year I was assigned again here in Legazpi City, I went back alone because my eldest is already working in another city, my second is in the university and my youngest would not want to transfer school, he is in junior high.
All those years we have not seen him. Every morning I would see flowers falling on the roof, comes rainy season the gutter will be clogged. Oh why Im concerned. Who really is my neighbour? He bought the house and never lived on it, nor rented it out.
