
No need to go far. I have this litle forest in my hometown where I can do a Shinrin Yoku on weekends. One of the relaxation technique which is also called forest bathing.
No it’s not the usual bath we know. You do not need water and soap. I just walk or sit there , in of the forest, feel the sun, the wind. Smell the dew, the trees, enjoy the chirping of birds and the sound of creek. It is so relaxing.
