Our professor in Human Resource Management suggested that we do the Management by walking around. Ive been out of school since 1998 and this terms were no longer familiar. Its good to be back to school. One thing that makes me happy is the discovery that some of the management style that Ive been doing for years is back up by theories and research which I do not know existed.
