I was culling my personal things when I saw the thank you notes given to me my my staff on separate occasions . Those notes are heartfelt and sincere, it makes me smile and thought to myself , maybe as a supervisor I did it right
My staff thanked me for being understanding, and sensitive to their needs. For unselfishly sharing my time and knowledge to them. They describe me as a good leader and a teacher, intelligent, God fearing, someone who walk the talk, an efficient and very able supervisor.
What I am most flattered is when they told told me that they learned so much from me not only in work but in life and they consider me not only a boss but a mother as well
However with those strenght mentioned, I also have so many areas in my professional life that I should improve , I am not good in public speaking , in networking, in marketing, or anything that has to do with dealing with clients.
